Recruiter investigation: National Guard members accused in kickback scheme
The Army National Guard's "Recruiting Assistance Program" was designed to offer guard members a bonus of up to $7,500 for every friend that enlists. A Senate committee will hear testimony about alleged fraud in recruiting. CBS News Congressional correspondent Nancy Cordes reports.
