Pregnant women who eat nuts can help prevent allergies in kids

A new study reveals pregnant women can reduce the chance that their children will have nut allergies by eating nuts themselves. According to researchers, women who ate peanuts and tree nuts more than five times a week had children who had a 30% reduction in the risk of developing peanut and tree nut allergies.
