Palcohol creator defends products amidst lawmakers' call for ban
Palcohol is sparking debate in states across the U.S. When mixed with water, it creates a cocktail. The federal government has approved the powdered alcohol, but more than a dozen states have banned it or are considering bans. Palcohol's creator Mark Phillips, who spoke only to "CBS This Morning," says those fears are widely overblown. Jan Crawford reports.
