Oscars 2014: The nominees and the snubs

Nominations for the 86th annual Academy Awards were announced Thursday morning in Beverly Hills, Calif. “American Hustle” and “Gravity” both scored the most amount of nods, with ten nominations each. “12 Years a Slave” followed with nine nominations. There were also a couple of surprise shut-outs, like Oprah Winfrey and Robert Redford. Teri Okita reports.
