Obamacare could prompt 2 million to pass up full-time jobs, report shows
The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office projects most people who leave the workforce will do so by their own choice. The report also says the health care law may reduce the incentive to work for some, and that businesses may eliminate full-time jobs. Sharyl Attkisson reports.
