Obama expected to support new restrictions on NSA
President Obama is likely to support new restrictions on the National Security Agency's storage of phone records of millions of Americans. He is also expected to back limits on surveillance of non-citizens, including foreign leaders. CBS News senior White House correspondent Bill Plante reports.
