Obama calls out Trump's rhetoric, Putin remarks
Donald Trump is telling his supporters not to pay attention to his paltry poll numbers and saying it's time to "drain the swamp" referring to the Washington establishment. But with three weeks until the election, Trump was criticized by President Obama for his rhetoric and seemingly cozying up to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Major Garrett reports.
