Number of young people signing up for Obamacare still short

2.2 million people have signed up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, but only 24 percent of them are aged 18 to 34. The White House says there are just enough young consumers to avoid economic collapse, but outside experts say that number needs to be closer to 40 percent for Obamacare to survive. CBS News chief White House correspondent Major Garrett reports.
