NTSB investigating “near collision” at Newark airport
Two planes nearly collided at New Jersey’s Newark Liberty Airport in April, CBS News has learned. As a United 737 was landing, it narrowly missed an Expressjet plane taking off from an intersecting runway. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating. Scott Pelley reports.
