N.Y. considering kill switch bill for smartphones
New York is the latest in a growing number of states now pushing for legislation requiring a "kill switch" for smartphones. Officials say "kill switches" would make smartphones worthless to thieves, but wireless companies say the technology could be used by criminals or terrorists. Elaine Quijano reports.
