New non-surgical way to neuter dogs

Veterinarians have developed a new procedure called "Zeutering" as a non-surgical alternative to neutering. The procedure involves injecting the chemical Zeuterin into a male dog's reproductive organ, which then causes the dog to be sterile. But research shows it's only 99 percent effective, and some vets say it may not tame aggressive behavior.
