New Mexico radiation leak caused by design flaw, report finds

An Energy Department investigation determined that a design flaw in the ventilation system of a salt mine chamber leaked radiation to the surface, exposing 21 people to radioactive particles. No one became ill, but the report said there was a "degradation of key safety management programs and safety culture" at the facility. Anna Werner reports.
