NAACP president: Charleston mass shooting is "morally incomprehensible"

Charleston police chief Greg Mullen says Wednesday night was the worst of his career. Nine people, including pastor and state Sen. Clementa Pinckney, died after a white man opened fire inside the historic black Emanuel AME Church. NAACP president Cornell William Brooks joins "CBS this Morning" from Stanford, California, to discuss the tragedy.
