Memo shows VA gaming appointments system to hide wait times
A memo obtained by CBS News shows a VA staff member in Cheyenne, Wyoming, instructing employees how to hide long waits for appointments. The VA responded by launching a new investigation in Cheyenne, but one VA worker in Texas says the formula for creating secret wait lists was well known. Wyatt Andrews reports.
