Low jobs growth, but unemployment rate falls to lowest level in nearly a decade
Employers pumped the brakes on hiring in March, the Labor Department announced. Just 98,000 jobs were added as the unemployment rate fell to 4.5 percent. CBS News business analyst Jill Schlesinger weighs in on the numbers.
