Leaving thousands in the dark, Hurricane Arthur slams North Carolina

Hurricane Arthur made landfall, bringing pelting rain and wind speeds of 100 miles per hour. Some roads were flooded and more than 40,000 people in North Carolina lost power. Craig Boswell reports.
