Lawmakers clash with intelligence officials over surveillance programs
Lawmakers and intelligence officials are at odds over the legality of some of the secret programs brought to light by National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden. At a hearing Wednesday, the Deputy Director of the NSA argued the surveillance programs are consistent with the guidelines outlined in the Patriot Act. Nancy Cordes reports.
