LAPD cops who mistakenly opened fire in Dorner manhunt violated policy

Law enforcement officers were guarding a house when a truck they thought might be ex-LAPD officer Christopher Dorner's rolled down the street. Eight officers fired 100 shots at it, but inside were two women delivering newspapers. LAPD Chief Charlie Beck said the officers violated policy. Ben Tracy reports.
