Kentucky's governor goes all in on Obamacare
Some states have avoided the troubles of the federal health care website by going their own way on Obamacare, setting up their own insurance exchanges and expanding Medicaid. While most of those states lean democratic, there's one major exception. Wyatt Andrews reports.
