Incoming Obama administration was warned of VA waitlists in 2008
President Barack Obama has not addressed the widening VA scandal, despite allegations that more than 100 veterans have died waiting for treatment. CBS News obtained a memo that indicates the president’s advisers were warned about the problem in 2008, months before Obama took office. Major Garrett reports.
