Hoeven touts plan to strengthen border security
Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., explained his proposal to strengthen border security as part of an immigration reform bill, saying the plan allocates more manpower and resources to secure the border and contains "objective, verifiable standards" to ensure that enhanced security actually materializes.
