Helicopter noise infuriates L.A. residents
The noise pollution created by low-flying helicopters that frequent the skies of Los Angeles is infuriating residents there. As Hattie Kauffman reports, Angelinos may get some help from Congress, but as of now, the rules say helicopter pilots need only fly "safely" not quietly.
