Grey seals taking a bite out of Cape Cod fishing industry

An influx of grey seals in the waters off Cape Cod has resulted in a severe decline in revenue for local fishermen. Scientists credit the Marine Mammal Protection Act as catalyst for the rebounding population. But for locals who make a living off of the seas, the 800-pound predator is a severe nuisance.
