Government shutdown talks shift to Senate
For a moment it looked as though moderates from both parties might be making progress on a proposal by Republican Sen. Susan Collins to end the shutdown and raise the debt ceiling. Hope faded by the end of the day as Majority Leader Harry Reid suggested the plan is "not going to go anywhere." Jeff Pegues reports.
