Google permits European users to remove personal info from web

After a high court ruling in Europe, some 500 million people across 32 European nations will be able to remove personal information from the Internet. Using an online form, Europeans can petition to remove data if it meets the criteria of ‘inadequate, irrelevant or no longer relevant.’ Vinita Nair reports.
