Goodlatte vows to examine implications of SCOTUS' voting rights decision
On the Supreme Court's recent overturning of portions of the Voting Rights Act, Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., said that court did not strike down any voting rights protections, but added that the House would examine the "implications" of the decision when lawmakers return from recess in July.
