Golden eagle on the road to recovery
After entering the Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center in California with serious injuries, including a large puncture wound, a nine-pound golden eagle is getting better, stronger and more alert every day. She was found in a field, unable to fly. Now, she's stitched up and moving to a larger cage to recover. KPIX-TV's Don Ford reports.
