Georgia prepares for Hurricane Matthew flooding
Hurricane Matthew is due to hit Georgia on Friday. About half a million people there have been ordered to leave the coast. Severe storm and flood warnings cover much of the state. Errol Barnett reports from Tybee Island, Georgia, one of the many areas under a state of emergency.
