Feds to sue N.C. over stricter voter law
The Department of Justice is expected to file a lawsuit Monday morning against North Carolina for a new law that requires photo identification at the polls, reduces days of early voting and eliminates same-day voter registration. CBS News' Jericka Duncan reports.
