Feds abandon plans to require truck drivers, train engineers to be screened for sleep apnea

Two federal agencies have abandoned plans to require truck drivers and train engineers to be screened for sleep apnea. The disorder has been blamed for a number of recent crashes. The agencies say the decision to test should be left to railroads and trucking companies. Tony Dokoupil reports.
