FBI sends Clinton email investigation notes to Congress
Republicans and Democrats are ready for another fight over Hillary Clinton's State Department emails. Congress received FBI notes and other documents from the investigation that led to no charges against Clinton. The candidate is promoting a speech Wednesday claiming Donald Trump's economic plan would lower wages and give tax breaks to the rich. Nancy Cordes reports.
