Egypt heightens security ahead of constitutional referendum

Egyptians are set to vote on a referendum to the country's constitution. If approved, the charter would replace the one passed by Mohammed Morsi in 2012. Egyptian authorities have deployed nearly 400,000 soldier and police officers to secure polling stations across the country. CBS News' Alex Ortiz reports from Cairo.
