Drought on Catalina island pushes residents to extreme measures
On Catalina Island, 22 miles off the coast of Southern California, waiters at fine dining restaurants are using leftover bottled water to clean floors, contractors are using bottled water to mix concrete and some hotels are shipping laundry to the mainland. Carter Evans reports.
