DOJ investigation finds problems with police in Cleveland
A two-year investigation by the Department of Justice found that the Cleveland police force has shown a pattern of officers using excessive force. This comes two weeks after police there shot and killed a 12-year-old boy for waving a toy gun. Dean Reynolds reports.
