DOJ: Cleveland police had pattern of excessive force
A two-year federal investigation, spanning 600 cases, found a pattern of excessive force, Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday. As Dean Reynolds reports, the Justice Department will now try to work out an agreement with the city’s police force.
