Disaster declaration issued in Texas as death toll rises

The flooding in Texas and Oklahoma is blamed for at least 28 deaths and at least 11 people are missing. It has become deadliest natural disaster in this country so far this year. More rain is expected to fall over the weekend as forecasters expect rivers and lakes to keep rising around Houston, San Antonio and Dallas. Don Dahler reports from Grand Prairie, Texas, just west of Dallas.
