      Conservation group slams “tradition” of Japan’s dolphin hunts

      |Supporters of an annual dolphin hunt in western Japan say hunting for meat is a long-standing cultural tradition, but it has drawn the ire of conservation groups, who claim the hunt is about supplying the aquarium industry. A rare albino dolphin caught last week could fetch as much as $500,000, one conservationist claims. Seth Doane reports.
