Congress issues warning to Iran on possible nuclear deal
In a letter to Iran, Congress explained they must sign off on any deal Secretary of State John Kerry strikes with Iran over its nuclear program. Iran's foreign minister called the letter a "propaganda ploy" and said "it seems that the authors do not understand international law." Nancy Cordes reports.
