Class action lawsuit takes on hidden resort fees
If you are one of the more than 100 million people booking travel online, you could be paying for hidden extras. A California man says he booked his Las Vegas hotel for one price, but his bill included an additional charge, a resort fee of $28 a night. Now, he's taking the casino in a class action lawsuit.
