Chicago’s homeless flock to shelters amid deep freeze

Homeless shelters in Chicago are operating at 96 percent capacity and authorities are allowing them to stay open for 24 hours, rather than the usual 12, as the city continues to deal with frigid temperatures. Dean Reynolds reports.
