Certain highway guard rails blamed for car accident deaths
At least four deaths in Tennessee have been linked to X-Lite guard rails that have now been pulled from roads throughout the state. In one fatal crash, instead of absorbing the impact, the rails collapsed and penetrated the driver's door, killing the driver instantly. Kris Van Cleave reports.
