Booster seat safety report: Expensive models not necessarily more secure

      |Children in booster seats are 45 percent less likely to sustain injuries in crashes than kids restrained by seatbelts alone, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety reports. This year, a record number of new booster seats models received the highest possible rating, but some of the most expensive brands aren't necessarily getting the highest safety rating.
