Bolivia president's plane rerouted due to Snowden suspicions
A plane carrying the President of Bolivia was re-routed due to suspicion National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden was aboard. He wasn't. The Bolivian ambassador to the United Nations is now blaming the United States. Charlie D'Agata reports.
