Alleged Boston bomb hoaxer's family says suspect suffers from mental illness
The mother of Kevin "Kayvon" Edson, 25, has said in a statement that her son suffers from bipolar disorder. Edson is accused of carrying a suspicious backpack containing a hoax device on Tuesday, the one-year anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings. Norah O'Donnell reports.
