Afghan deal delayed as Karzai adds more demands
National Security Adviser Susan Rice met with Afghan President Hamid Karzai to finalize the deal between the United States and Afghanistan. But, at the last minute Karzai refused to sign and added more demands while Rice gave him an ultimatum. CBS News correspondent Elizabeth Palmer reports.
