"60 Minutes" correspondent Lesley Stahl spoke with Brig. Gen. Mark Martins, the chief prosecutor of military commissions, about the upcoming war crimes tribunal to be held there. Stahl also discussed on "CBS This Morning" where things currently stand at Guantanamo Bay, as well as what it is like to walk the halls of the facility.
