27-year old charged with retail theft after taking selfie
A woman was arrested after surveillance footage caught her stealing a dress from a boutique in West Frankfort, Iowa. Police were able to track her down thanks to a selfie she posted of herself in the stolen garment. KFVS's Allison Twait reports.
