Is the Great Barrier Reef recovering from coral bleaching?
A new study by the Australian government suggests the Great Barrier Reef is showing "substantial signs of recovery," from coral bleaching, which has damaged or destroyed 30 percent of the 1,400-mile long reef since 2016.
