SUV carrying family of four plunges into fast-moving river
A SUV carrying a family of four on a road trip in Northern California plunged from the side of a road into a fast-moving river. Authorities said the SUV's driver could have misjudged the size of the roadside. Search and rescue crews couldn't go into the river right away and had to wait for weather conditions to calm and the river level to recede. Da Lin of CBS station KPIX-TV reports.
