Supreme Court blocks citizenship question, allows partisan gerrymandering

The Supreme Court issued two major rulings on voting rights. One involved temporarily blocking the Trump administration's efforts to add a citizenship question to the 2020 census and the other said federal courts cannot rule on questions of partisan gerrymandering.
